The main house is a one bedroom, two story building facing the ocean and overlooking the pool.  The charming two bedroom guesthouse is adjacent to the main house and includes a private patio area and separate gate entrance.  

Hear the waves roll in as you relax in the oversized pool or really unwind in the Jacuzzi. This spacious pool deck includes a complete outdoor BBQ cooking area.

The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a private terrace.  Featuring vaulted ceilings, a/c, ceiling fans, a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. this space offers a comfortable place to relax.		On the first level of the main house is the den and kitchen.  This cooking space is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware and glassware.  It overlooks an eat-in dining table.
The casita has two cozy bedrooms each with a large comfortable bed, and ample closet space.  The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the small seating area which is furnished with quality leather furniture.  An outdoor dining table for 4 completes this guesthouse space.		Just past the pool area you can relax in a hammock, shoot a game of pool in the enclosed game room or access the beach via a private entrance.   Take an early morning walk on this secluded beach, watch the waves roll in or catch the amazing sunsets just steps from your front door!
