Group of six identical bungalows surrounding a common pool area. Nestled among a lush, tropical landscaped garden indluding lime, papaya, guananbana, orange and banana trees. Located in the Palm Beach Estates section of Playa Grande all boast cathedral ceilings and huge windows that create an open & airy feel.

Living area features two large built-in seating areas and overlooks the kitchen, while double doors open out to a large patio area.


Patio area can be used as a dining space and is great for spotting birds and iguanas in the garden.		Each spacious bedroom has ample closet and counter space.

The large pool and lounging deck sits in the center of this tropical garden paradise.		The functional kitchen includes stove/oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster and standard refrigerator. There is plenty of space to prepare food or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar.

Can be rented individually or as a group of houses. Ideal for weddings and family reunions.		The morning waves rolling in. Just a start to another beautiful day in tranquil Playa Grande.

Restaurants and mini market nearby. Great for families or large groups who want to stay together while maintaining privacy.

What a fabulous place! First, the cottages are lovely, full of all of the amenities from the covered veranda with fan, to the bikes, books, magazines, games, boogie boards, great pool chairs and more. It was clean as a whistle and just charming. Playa Grande is a fantastic location with a beautiful beach, several really nice restaurants and close to many activities. Alyssa took very good care of us and helped us find the best outings with the nicest people. We couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend Senorita Casitas for you Costa Rica trip!

Our stay at Casa Charley was fabulous! The house, pool and gardens are immaculately maintained. Loved the proximity to the market and the beach. Everything was just as it was represented. Alyssa's extra time to help us plan tours and checking-in on us, was just the TLC that made for a perfect time in Playa Grande. A return trip is already planned!

Absolutely loved our spot at Charly - location was perfect. We were "regulars" at Bula Bula, Las Malinches and the beach. Nice longer walks to the other surf shops and in the opposite direction to Tamarindo, which was far enough to insulate us from the hub bub. Spent almost one day never leaving the pool and patio area and was happy as could be. Monkeys near by made for entertainment when the crabs got boring. We will return, no doubt.

Loved the house! Great location - The beach, a restaurant, and convenience store are all in walking distance. Beautiful garden surrounding the house and the pool...It was a relaxing stay and I would definitely come back

We had a great vacation in Playa Grande. There were some very nice restaurants nearby. We also traveled to other beaches, Playa Grande was our favourite. It was clean, the surf was great, & it was not too busy. We met some very nice people in the area. The bungalow was very nice, clean, & homey!
