A beautiful vacation retreat with lots of modern amenities. Open floor plan on the lower level features great room with TV, cable, DVD player, a/c, ceiling fans, phone, wireless internet, separate laundry room, half bath and patio access. Upper level consists of one master suite, two guest bedrooms and one guest bathroom.  All bedrooms equipped with cable TV.

Front of the property includes off street parking and outdoor shower.

Large kitchen features granite counter tops and is well equipped with built-in island cook top, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with water & ice dispenser. All cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils included.

 Open living space is highlighted with vaulted teak ceilings and overlooks the dining area and outdoor patio. Furnished with comfortable, over-sized chairs, TV including cable and DVD player.

Bright and open master bedroom is spacious with lots of windows and a walk-in closet. Just off the sleeping area is the master bath complete with laid-in rock shower floor and granite counter tops. 

Scattered throughout the back garden area are many fruit trees such as banana, papaya, lime and more. Open space is great for eating outside, lounging in the hammock or just laying in the grass.

The back covered patio features tranquil views of green spaces on all sides.  Relax in luxurious style in the 64-jet therapeutic massage jacuzzi.  A great way to start or end your day. Playa Grande's golden sands are just a short walk away.
