From the moment you set foot in the door you are greeted with an impressive entryway featuring vaulted ceilings, custom tile work and architectual arches.  The main hallway runs the length of the home allowing easy access to all rooms.

Bright kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances: dishwasher & microwave, glass cook top with oven and side by side refrigerator.  Service/breakfast bar and granite countertops complete this fully equipped cooking space.

All bedrooms feature large windows, lots of closet space and en-suite bathrooms.  Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, guest room has one queen bed and the third bedroom has one queen bed with a twin sized bunk bed on top.

En-suite bathrooms feature granite countertops, beautiful tile work, showers, lots of cabinet and drawer space and large mirrors.  Guest half bathroom is accessed off the hallway to ensure privacy in the bedrooms.

Open living room features vaulted ceilings with bamboo accents.  Plenty of space to relax on the couch or one of the comfy chairs.  Flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station provide the entertainment.  Floor to ceiling windows provide a spectaular view of the outdoors.

Bright and spacious dining room overlooks the living room and the kitchen and is furnished with a custom made hardwood table for eight, bench seating, and floor to ceiling windows.  Vaulted ceilings with bamboo accents are continued from the living room area.

The uniquely shaped pool is located in the back of the property and bordered by many tropical plants and Guanacastecan trees.  The back patio features a gas BBQ grill and a thatched roof palapa which offers a shady place to eat or just relax.
